At Aesthentials, we pride in ourselves in making the process of returns and exchanges as seamless as possible! Being a small business, our rules for returns and exchanges are rigid so please be mindful of that and find all the necessary information below.
1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel and refund an order once it has shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel so we can check if we are able to!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
We offer FREE returns or exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of our error or the shipping company's! If a problem is present, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
If you choose the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot offer a FREE exchange, but we can help offer a low cost alternative if you bring up the issue to us. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy.
