At Aesthentials, we pride in ourselves in making the process of returns and exchanges as seamless as possible! Being a small business, our rules for returns and exchanges are rigid so please be mindful of that and find all the necessary information below.
1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We are unable to cancel and refund an order once it has shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel so we can check if we are able to!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We offer FREE returns or exchanges only for items with defects that were present upon arrival. The issue must be presented to us within 14 days of receiving.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Please email us if there are no measurements to be found or you want more information about a specific product. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving, and we will help look into your situation to get it resolved.
